Welcome to EU TechStack! Before exploring our independent software reviews, please take a moment to read these Terms & Conditions. They explain how we earn commissions, how you may use our content, and the limits of our liability.

1. Acceptance of the Terms

By accessing eutechstack.eu (the “Site”) you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.

2. Definitions

• “Content” means all articles, comparisons, reviews, graphics, code‑snippets, downloads and any other material published on the Site.
• “Affiliate Link” means a hyperlink that may earn the Site a commission when you click through and/or complete a qualifying action on a third‑party website.

3. Intellectual‑Property Rights & Permitted Use

1. All Content is owned by or licensed to Growth Manager, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 68422784, trading as EU TechStack, and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws.
2. You may access the Site and print or store copies of individual pages for your own personal, non‑commercial use.
3. Except as expressly permitted under paragraph 3.2, you must not reproduce, distribute, scrape, mine, frame, mirror, sell, lease, translate, adapt or otherwise exploit any part of the Site without our prior written consent.
4. You must not use any robot, spider, crawler or other automated means to access the Site for any purpose. We reserve the right to block any IP address or user agent at our sole discretion.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree that you will not, directly or indirectly:

• Interfere with or attempt to circumvent any security‑related feature of the Site;
• Use the Site or Content for any commercial purpose without permission;
• Introduce viruses, malware or other harmful code;
• Collect or harvest any data from the Site other than as permitted under 3.2.

We may suspend or terminate your access (with or without notice) if we reasonably believe you are in breach of these Terms.

5. Affiliate‑Link Disclosure

The Site contains Affiliate Links. If you follow an Affiliate Link and subsequently purchase a product or service, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. The presence of Affiliate Links does not influence our editorial opinions, which are based on independent research and analysis. Where required by law, affiliate relationships are clearly and conspicuously disclosed.

6. Third‑Party Sites & Services

Affiliate Links and other outbound hyperlinks lead to websites not controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content, availability, accuracy, policies or practices of any third‑party site. Any dealings you have with a third‑party provider are solely between you and that provider.

7. No Warranty & Accuracy Disclaimer

1. The Content is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis for general‑information purposes only.
2. While reasonable efforts are made to maintain accuracy, we make **no warranties or representations—express or implied—**about the completeness, reliability, timeliness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non‑infringement of any Content.
3. You rely on the Content entirely at your own risk and should verify information directly with the relevant provider before acting on it.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Growth Manager, its directors, employees, contractors and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive loss or damage (including loss of data, profits, revenue, business or goodwill) arising out of or in connection with:

• your access to, use of or inability to use the Site;
• errors, omissions or inaccuracies in the Content; or
• any third‑party sites, products or services accessed via Affiliate Links.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded. If a competent court nevertheless finds us liable, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed €100.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Growth Manager from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.

10. Modifications to the Site & the Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice. We may also revise these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page and become effective on publication. Your continued use of the Site after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be construed to reflect the parties’ original intent, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. The courts of Amsterdam shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer‑protection rules provide otherwise.

13. No Sale of Goods or User Accounts

No goods or services are sold directly on the Site, and no user account is required to browse its Content.

14. Language & Prevailing Version

These Terms are originally drafted in English. Translations in other languages are provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the English version shall prevail.
