Voog was founded in 2007 in Tartu Estonia by a team of specialists with rich backgrounds including experience building services like Skype Taxify and Sixfold. The company was born out of the frustration of having to build a content management system (CMS) for each separate website leading to the idea of creating a universal CMS that could be used for websites of all sizes.

Mission

From the beginning Voog’s primary obsession has been to keep website management as easy as possible so that people can focus on creating great content rather than struggling with technical difficulties. The company has always felt that people should be able to consume content on the web in their mother tongue which led to the development of an easy system for creating multilingual websites.
